1. Platform Role

BevisLabs POS is a multi-tenant software platform used by retail merchants. SMS messages are sent on behalf of merchant users, and the store name shown in the message may vary by merchant account.

2. How Opt-In Is Collected

Recipients opt in directly with the relevant merchant in-store, via QR code, by phone, or through the merchant registration workflow.

3. Consent Scope

By providing your phone number to a participating merchant, you agree to receive account notifications and customer care messages from that merchant via BevisLabs POS, including account updates, billing reminders, service follow-ups, and support-related notifications.

4. Message Frequency and Carrier Rates

Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and service needs. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt-Out and Help

6. Data Use and Third-Party Sharing

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only for account notification and customer care workflows for the applicable merchant. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or distribute SMS consent or phone numbers to third parties.

7. Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
