We use collected information to provide and maintain system functionality, process transactions, improve system performance, provide customer support, monitor system stability and security, and develop aggregated analytics for internal improvement. We do not sell or trade customer data.
4. Customer Data Ownership
All business data entered into the System remains the property of the Customer. Bellna acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of your operational data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data (without identifiable information) for system performance analysis and product improvement.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no internet-based system is completely secure. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and managing internal employee access.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or business data. We may share information only when required by law, to comply with legal obligations, to protect system security or prevent fraud, or through secure processing by third-party infrastructure providers where applicable. We do not share, sell, or distribute SMS consent or phone numbers to third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain customer data for as long as the account remains active. Upon account termination, access to the System may be revoked, and data retention/deletion may be handled according to system policy. Customers may request data export prior to termination.
8. Your Responsibilities
As a Bellna customer, you are responsible for ensuring lawful collection of your customers’ data, informing your customers how their data is handled, and managing internal access permissions. Bellna is not responsible for how you collect or use your own customer data outside the System.
9. Children’s Privacy
Bellna POS is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of any updates.
